CWA Sales and Account Manager
 
 

New York Food Company (NYFC), a leading South Bay catering and event production company, has an opening for a qualified and career driven individual for our Chef’s with Altitude (CWA) division. CWA is a 24/7 operation providing high-quality pre-flight and in-flight catering to high profile clients. Day after day our clients receive the highest degree of quality, variety and consistency. We are looking for someone who can help continue to provide this impeccable service to our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales and establish strong relationships with clients
  • Maintain and strengthen current relationships with clients
  • Answer phones and handle orders
  • Work closely with Chefs assigned to CWA
  • Follow up on delivered orders to ensure accuracy and promptness
  • Maintain current ordering policies and procedures
  • Other duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
  • Professional experience in Customer and Concierge Services
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior professional experience in food-related sales position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IAble to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic accounting
  • Prompt, efficient, dependable
